Middleburgh Kitchen Renovation - 195 Grove Street Middleburgh, NY 12122. OPWDD's Capital District DDSO is looking to obtain bids for kitchen installation our home located at 195 Grove St, Middleburgh, NY per the attached scope of work. This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the information provided may be directed to psespurchasing@opwdd.ny.gov. To be considered for this project, all bids must be submitted on bid form provided and include the materials and labor cost break down. Removal of existing upper and lower cabinetry per prints provided o Removal of decorative back splash o Removal of lighting. o Removal of fixtures. o Removal of sheetrock to exposed wall studs. o Removal of existing Pantry, shelving and walls o Removal of existing flooring and underlayment. o Removal of existing Bay window over sink area. o Removal of door and door frame on south wall o Installation of sheetrock including taping, joining and wall covering per prints and specifications. o Installation of new window above sink per prints and specifications. o Repair/replacement of plumbing supply and drains for sink and/or refrigerator with ice maker. Per the NYS plumbing code. o Repair/replace existing electrical outlets/hookups/switching o Framing / sheetrock new pantry according to prints o Framing / sheetrock of south wall to match existing hall including handrails and baseboard. o Installation of new flooring underlayment and premium vinal flooring per prints and specification o Installation of new cabinetry per design/manufacture/prints provided o Installation of new lighting per the prints provided with this scope of work o Installation of new plumbing fixtures o Installation of temporary countertop (3/4'' BDX plywood) o OPWDD shall be responsible for the installation of the permanent countertop. o All third-party inspection costs will be the responsibility of the vendor. o All work is subject to OPWDD and third-party inspection o All work shall be done to NYS Building code / Plumbing Code / Electrical Code o All electrical work will be inspected by a third-party inspection agency and all costs associated will be the responsibility of the vendor. o Vendor will be responsible for any damage during the install.
