The work includes the construction of approximately: 1,364 C.Y. Common Excavation; 100 L.F. 6' x 4' Precast Concrete Box Culvert; 1,232 C.Y. Channel & Pond Excavation; 3,488 L.F. 4" Perforated Drain Tile; 1,744 Ton Aggregate Base Class 5; 1,325 L.F. 8" - 15" Perforated Storm Sewer PVC SDR 26; 2,220 Ton Bituminous Surfacing; 187 L.F. 24" Storm Sewer, PVC SDR 26; 530 L.F. Concrete Curb & Gutter; 2.7 Acre Permanent Seeding, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
