Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crosby, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,284-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Crosby-Ironton School District 182, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Demolition/General Construction/Masonry, Gypsum Board, Flooring/Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing/HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical. Material Only Categories: NONE. Interior remodeling of classroom areas and related support spaces in an existing sprinklered secondary school building. Existing faciltiy is a two story sprinklered school building divided into five fire areas by existing fire walls. The remodeling area is in a fire areas 1, 3 and 5 shown on the key plan on page LS1.1. No additions to the building or modifications to the fire walls are proposed. As of June 16, 2023, construction has commenced and all trades have been awarded. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
