Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Crosby, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,284-square-foot educational facility.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Crosby-Ironton School District 182, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Demolition/General Construction/Masonry, Gypsum Board, Painting, Window Treatments, Casework & Countertops, Fire Suppression, Mechanical / Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Project scope includes but is not limited to 23,284 SF interior remodeling of classroom areas in an existing sprinklered two-story elementary building. The existing building is divided into two fire areas separated by an existing two-hour fire wall. No additions to the building or modifications to the fire wall are proposed. As of June 16, 2023, construction has commenced and completion is expected approximately September 1, 2023. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
