The Cuyuna Range Hospital District will receive Requests for Proposals(RFPs) to provide General Contractor construction services for the development of a skilled nursing facility located in Crosby, MN The Project will consist of 54 Skilled Nursing Units, corridors, lobby, kitchen, dining room, physical therapy room, offices, common areas and a link to the existing Heartwood building. Minor interior renovation will also occur in the existing Heartwood building. A contract will be awarded using best value contracting, which considers various performance criteria in addition to price.
