Remodeling of an educational facility in Crosby, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 23,420-square-foot educational facility.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Crosby-Ironton School District 182, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Demolition/General Construction/Masonry, Gypsum Board, Painting, Casework & Countertops, Mechanical /Plumbing / HVAC, and Electrical. Material Only Categories: None. As of August 6, 2024, construction had commenced late May 2024. Completion is expected late August 2024. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
