Dismantling of certain process mechanical, building mechanical, electrical and other equipment inside the existing service building; Supply and installation of two (2) coagulant storage tanks including level probe, access manhole, connection flanges, filling cabinet and other accessories; Supply and installation of a dosing system including dosing pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, supports and accessories; Supply and installation of an insulated HDPE metering duct 100 mm in diameter and approximately 325 m. linen. for the dosing lines between the service building and the coagulant dosing point at the entrance to pond no.3; Supply and installation of a sheath of about 50 m.lin. in concrete, 300 mm in diameter, including a drawing well; Supply and installation of an air duct of approximately 165 m.lin. for the injection point mixing system including connection to the existing air line, valves, large bubble air diffuser, piping, supports and accessories; Excavation and backfilling of the required trench of approximately 325 m. linen. between the service building and the injection point for the installation of the insulated duct and the air duct including road repairs; Supply and installation of access and pull manholes for the dosing lines; Pouring of a concrete base and a containment wall for the coagulant storage tanks; Supply and installation of a new compressed air line for cleaning chemical dosing lines, including connection to the existing one; Supply and installation of an emergency shower; Supply and installation of an analytical panel for continuous phosphorus measurement including flexible sampling line and accessories; Architectural, electrical and instrumentation and control work related to the addition of the phosphorus treatment system; Maintenance of wastewater treatment during the works as well as the protection and repair of the structures; The tests, verifications and start-up of the equipment supplied and installed by the Contractor; Renovation of the premises Various related work.
