Reference number : 1720804 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes options for renewal (The contract will be for a period of one (1) year with one (1) year option. The municipality and the contractor may request that the contract end at the end of the first year before February 1, 2024, without financial compensation.) The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for: Mowing and clearing of public roads for 2023-2024 Purpose of the contract: The successful bidder must carry out mowing and clearing operations on public roads determined by the municipality (Annex VII). He will have to do this on the full width of the right-of-way, including shoulders and ditches. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the price submitted for 1 year including taxes must accompany the bid.
