Site work and paving for a civil project in Ray, North Dakota. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of April 10, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The work generally consists of 1. Schedule 1 Sanitary Sewer Improvements a. Base Bid: Trenchless cured in place pipe (CIPP) renovation of approximately 2,977 LF of 8inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 46 internally CIPP sealed service lateral connections, CIPP renovation of approximately 30 existing service laterals from the main to the property line, and installation of 2 sanitary sewer manholes. Open-cut replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains/laterals will be included as necessary. Surface restoration will include asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and landscaping. 2. Qualifications: To demonstrate the Bidders qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) calendar days of the OWNERs request, Bidder shall submit written evidence of previous experience in performing municipal trenchless sewer main and sewer service renovation using Cured In Place Pipe methods. One contract may be awarded. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bids on the Base Bid Schedules and Additive Alternates selected by the OWNER. Construction Schedule One must be substantially complete and ready for OWNERs use and pre-final inspection within 75 calendar days of June 1, 2023, or within 75 calendar days of the date on which on-site work is started, whichever is earlier
