The Topeka Housing Authority (THA) is seeking Proposals from qualified applicants to provide All Inclusive - Maintenance and Make-Ready Services to THA. This shall include any Vacant Unit Turn Over Services as well as Miscellaneous Maintenance needs as deemed necessary by THA.
