As of June 20, 2023, per owner, design team has been selected. The Contracting Agency is requesting proposals for professional engineering, architectural, surveying, planning and landscaping architectural services. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Cedar Creek MDWCA is a member-based water system located in Lincoln County NM currently serving a population of 210 residents. The water system includes 3 wells, pumping stations, 5 storage tanks, fire suppression (fire hydrants) and approximately 3 miles of distribution line. The Board of Directors is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for planning, funding support, design, surveying and construction phase services for water system improvements including water distribution, water supply, and well and water storage improvements. Interviews may be held for this project after the evaluation of proposals is completed. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements, 2 CFR Part 200 and 1500.
