The work consists of a new garage building (13,500 sq ft) including cast in place concrete foundation, all applicable mechanical and electrical works, septic, site grading and drainage improvements. The work also consists of building demolition and disposal of two Patrol Yards including concrete foundations and floors in sequence, as well as, asphalt removal, septic removal, pipe removal, drainage infrastructure removal (including two Oil Grit Separators), and landscaping. The work shall be staged / managed such that the existing "4 Bay Garage" building (east most structure) will remain operational until the proposed building is erect and operational. The scope of work for Kingston Maintenance Patrol Yard consists of a proposed Garage building, including concrete foundation, electrical and mechanical works, and site civil works at the Kingston Patrol Yard, and the demolition and disposal of two (2) existing garage buildings and two (2) existing sheds including concrete foundations and floors, and asphalt removal and rehabilitation together with such other works specified, or embraced, or included.
