Site work and renovation of a civil project in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lift Stations/Lift Station Equipment Consists of the testing, removal, transporting to storage and the reinstallation of an existing 60-kw natural gas generator set, the removal of an existing sanitary lift station, the installation of a premanufactured modular building and all associated control equipment, the installation of a complete sanitary lift station supplied by Metropolitan Industries explained further in this document, installation of a 12 sanitary force main to a point 5 feet from the existing property line, reuse of an existing 120/240V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 400 amp electrical service, lining of an existing sanitary sewer, restoration of all surfaces including sod and concrete and any other construction and materials that will provide the Village of Evergreen Park a complete and professional installation of a new sanitary lift station. Work by others shall include: the installation of a temporary fence around the project site with two gates, the installation of a temporary fence around a Conex type box supplied by the bidder stored on the street, all by-pass pumping and the installation of a sanitary force main starting at a point 5 feet inside the 9121 S. Richmond Avenue property to the outfall.
