Saint Anselm College is soliciting a Fixed Price Bid for Security Camera Installation at various facilities on campus. The work is funded through a Federal Grant, as defined in the RFP. The selected Contractor shall comply with all Federal Procurement and Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements. Work must be completed by December 31, 2023. Existing Facilities and Conditions: a. There are nine (9) buildings and 13 call boxes involved in this scope of work. The Contractor will have an opportunity to visit each location to ascertain existing conditions and necessary infrastructure upgrades or repairs required to perform the scope of work. Project Overview: a. The project consists of furnishing and installing 13 new multi-sensor dome cameras on the exterior of nine (9) buildings, including all cabling, POE network switches and mounting hardware. The scope also consists of replacing 13 existing cameras with new multi-sensor dome cameras including all mounting hardware. See Table 1 for additional details. b. The 13 new cameras will each require Symphony 7 license and 1-year Symphony 7 standard maintenance. c. An existing server upgrade is required to accommodate the new cameras. Work is to furnish, install, program and test a new Xeon Silver Server, 16GB RAM, Dual SATA OS, Dual PS, 48TB. d. The prospective Contractor shall attend the site visit on the day and time indicated in this RFP to be considered for award of this Contract. During this site visit, the Contractor shall observe and document the details for a complete installation of the CCTV system, including necessary switches, IT upgrades, cabling, coring, exterior repairs, and any other scope of work as may be necessary even if not specifically called out in this RFP. e.
