All bid forms submitted must be signed and completed to be considered. 1. The bidder whose quote is accepted will be notified within three days of the opening date. 2. The work of this Contract shall commence within fifteen working days from the date the agreement is signed and shall be substantially completed to the satisfaction of the owner within ten working days from the start date of work. 3. This is a prevailing wage project as required by M.G.L. c. 149. The prevailing wage schedule is available. 4. Photo copies of OSHA training certificates are required for all employees working on this project 5. This contract is for labor only. Smith Vocational High School will purchase all building materials needed to complete any project. 6. An unlimited Construction Supervisor License is required and on file with Smith Vocational High School. 7. Must have proof of $1,000,000.000 liability insurance 8. Must have proof of Workmen Compensation Insurance 9. The position can be terminated at any time by Smith Vocation High School 10. Not to exceed $45,000.00 Smith Vocational and Agricultural high school is accepting sealed bids from qualified carpenter for carpentry services
