Renovation of an educational facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Shepherd University is soliciting bids to establish a multi-vendor, open-end contract for the purchase and/or installation of flooring, including but not limited to, carpeting, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), sheet vinyl and various bases, including cove base, and includes preparation and installation of the same for such products. The awarded contractor(s) will be responsible for providing all monitoring, coordinating, and shipping/delivery of all products and services as well as prompt and timely installation. Shepherd University intends to have flooring installed in Residence Life and academic buildings across campus during the summer of 2023. Therefore, time is of the essence and can be considered when making an award for the contract(s). One residential building that carpeting installation will be required after July 1, 2023 is Printz Hall. The drawing of Printz Hall is included as well as information about what rooms will not be required to have carpeting installed.
