SUMMARY OF WORK Owner has procured one pre-built 24'x 64' modular classroom building from Modular Genius that will be delivered to a paved area at the project site. Contractor will be required to remove an existing pre-built 24' x 60' Action Mobile Industries modular classroom building from the project site including adjoining wooden steps, ramps, platforms, overhead canopies, and utilities as indicated on the drawings. Contractor will need to prepare the site to receive the new pre-built 24' x 64' modular classroom building including any clearing, grubbing, and utility tap-ins. Contractor will be required to excavate and place concrete footers, concrete piers, and concrete blocking as indicated to support the modular classroom building. Contractor will be required to place the pre-built modular classroom building over the new prepared foundation and will be required to provide and install tie-down strapping and anchorage as indicated for uplift. Contractor will be required to provide site amenities as indicated on the drawings but not limited to sidewalks, steps, ramps, platforms, handrails, and overhead canopies. Contractor will be required to provide skirting around the modular classroom building with foundation vents placed as indicated on the drawings. Contractor will be required to extend existing utilities as indicated on the drawings and connect all utilities to the modular classroom building. OBTAINING DOCUMENTS No plan deposit will be required. Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers are responsible for examining or obtaining bidding documents on their own. Documents have been placed in the plan rooms.
