Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2026 The project involves the replacement of the wastewater treatment system for the Cosby Elementary and High School located at 3318 Cosby Highway, Cosby, TN 37722. The scope includes the demolition and removal of the existing extended aeration package treatment system, installation of new septic tanks and package wastewater treatment system, construction of a new subsurface drip irrigation system for treated effluent disposal, and installation of associated tanks, pumps, piping, valves, vaults, instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems. Temporary sewer flow control will be required to maintain service to the school. The deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, September 24 th , 2025 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
