Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cosby, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SUMMARY OF WORK The contractor will be required to excavate and place concrete footers and supports as required to accommodate the new Handicap Ramp. The ramp will be constructed of aluminum structural and flooring components. Modifications to existing railings to meet ADA requirements are the responsibility of contractor. All ramp components and construction must meet all ADA requirements.
