For Bramble Street Landslide Repairs CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 03/28/2023 at 10:30 AM ET This project involves the off-site removal of material from cut site and finish grading to proposed final plan grades on cut and fill sites, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; site and access preparation; unclassified bulk excavation; on-site placement of suitable material on fill site; off-site removal of unsuitable material; keyway and bench construction and buttress fill construction on fill site; finish grading to achieve final plan grades on cut and fill sites; purchase, placement, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control measures; pre-construction photography; miscellaneous restoration; connection of keyway drain to existing storm system; and site restoration, complete in place. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for ninety (90) days after the Bid Opening Date or for any additional period of time that Bidders agree to in reply to a written request by the Owner. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
