This Request for Proposals invites responses from experienced professional site-work and concrete construction contractors to assist the Burlington City Arts, a department of the City of Burlington, with the final design and construction of a reinforced concrete foundation for a public art sculpture to be installed in Dewey Park, 50 Spring Street, Burlington VT. The City's requirement is that this project be completed no later than June 1, 2023, the City preferred completion date is May 1, 2023. The City anticipates that the selected Contractor will be awarded the project on March 29, 2023. The City reserves the right to amend all dates. While this timeline may be subject to change, all participating parties will be notified. Questions due: Monday, March 20, 2023 by 5:00 PM Project Completion deadline: June 1, 2023.
