Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hubertus, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The role of the selected consultant team will be to complete tasks necessary to draft a master plan that addresses all the components of the Metropolitan Council's 2040 Regional Parks Policy Plan. Washington County will act as the lead agency through all aspects of the project. The master plan must be in a form suitable for submittal to Washington County and the Metropolitan Council for review and must be submitted in both printed and electronic format. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
