sealed bids are sought and requested for Landscaping Services of the Lawrence Housing Authority properties located throughout Lawrence, MA. The contract will be awarded by the Lawrence Housing Authority and approved by their Board of Directors. The contract will include the spring cleanup, summer mowing, and fall leaf cleanup of the Lawrence Housing Authority properties. Bids must be made in accordance with the forms for General Bid, prepared by and obtained from the Lawrence Housing Authority. Bid documents will contain accompanying instructions to bidders, a copy of the specifications and any associated bid forms. The Lawrence Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/ or informalities and to disregard all non-responsive bids and non-responsible bidders. The Lawrence Housing Authority will accept the bid it deems to be in their best interests from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
