Additional services may include design, construction assistance, permitting, modeling, master planning and telemetry.. One original and 4 copies of the proposal should be submitted with the project name "On-Call Engineering Services for the City of Sherwood's Municipal Water System" prominently displayed on the cover. Proposals shall be received at the City of Sherwood, Public Works Department, Attention: Craig Sheldon, 15527 SW Willamette Street, Sherwood, OR 97140 by the 2:00 pm (PST) deadline on March 29, 2023. Faxed or email submittals are unacceptable. Mailed proposals must be received by the deadline. In an effort to ensure all consultants receive the same information, questions on this project will only be accepted through email. Questions should be emailed to Craig Sheldon at sheldonc@sherwoodoregon.gov. All questions will be posted on the City's website along with the answers from City staff so that all interested parties can review the questions and answers.
