Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
160533132 The work of this project includes concrete spalling and cracking repairs to multiple locations along the Downtown Minneapolis LRT guideway. The concrete repairs require the removal of deteriorated concrete and replacing with new concrete. The concrete repair improvements will preserve the service life of the concrete guideway, improve vehicular traffic rideability, and improve pedestrian safety.
