HGA Commission Number 2111-127-00 Project consists of Refurbishing the inside of vaults 1,2,3 and 4 includes but is not limited to the following: a. In all vaults remove vault hatch and ladder and replace with new hatch with drainable seal and install new aluminum ladder. b. Refurbish existing steel manway walls and seal watertight to new hatch. c. Replace Sump pumps in all vaults and add floor mounted water sensor connected to the BAS. d. In vaults 1, 2 and 4 the sump basin will be re-used. In Vault 3 the sump basin will need to be replaced. e. In all vaults the temperature and pressure sensors will need to be replaced. Existing low voltage wiring for these sensors are to be re-used. f. Provide labeling of the system's geo well circuits, valves, pipe flow arrows and vault number. g. Remove surface layer of corrosion from cast iron butterfly and circuit setter valves and apply epoxy coating. h. Vaults 1,2 and 4 provide replacement of outlet covers and adding wiring for new mechanical/plumbing equipment. i. Replace all electrical conduit, j-boxes, outlets, etc. due to significant corrosion Project location is 1 Federal Drive Fort Snelling, MN. 55111. This project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
