Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
JE Dunn has been selected as Construction Manager for the U.S. Bank Stadium Secured Perimeter project. This project includes all new high security fencing, barriers, and bollards at the north, east, and south sides of U.S. Bank Stadium This RFQ is being issued for the following trades: Concrete, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Security Fencing, and Landscaping Project questions shall be referred to the appropriate person listed in the Request for Qualifications. Qualifications from interested firms must be emailed to Paul Miller (paul.miller@jedunn.com), Senior Precon and Estimating Manager with J.E. Dunn Construction Company, no later than 4:00pm, March 31st, 2023. The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications and to waive any informalities in any qualifications received without explanation The work will take place during the summer of 2023. The project budget is around $10M.
