Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shoreline, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

nding will allow the City to complete the design (PS and E) and environmental work for the segment of N 175th Street between Stone Avenue N and Interstate 5. The ROW and CN from Stone Ave. to Meridian Ave. will be programmed in SL-18A. ROW and CN from Meridian Ave to I-5 will be programmed in SL-18B. The improvements on N 175th Street include: 1) Reconstruction of the existing street to provide two traffic lanes in each direction and a center lane with two-way left turn areas, medians, turn pockets, and lengthened intersection storage. 2) Bicycle facilities integrated into new sidewalk as raised cycle tracks. 3) Curb, gutter, and landscaped amenity zone where feasible.4) Illumination.5) Retaining walls, and 6) Safety and capacity improvements at intersections. The project is included in the State/Provincial 2026-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
