Renovation of a municipal facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
We highly recommend online submission of responses and any questions regarding the project. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Provide and install roof coating on pole building to eliminate leaking from fastener deterioration. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/28/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) DOT will coordinate with the garage staff and send you confirmation once the site visit has been scheduled. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. This is a tax exempt project.
