Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, roadway restoration, milling and overlay, and maintenance and protection of traffic. All Bidders must be electronically Prequalified as a Prime Contractor for their role and tasks they complete. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 10:00 AM ET Questions may be submitted through electronically. The City of Hazleton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 90 days.
