Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to cosmetic upgrade the existing mens and preschool restrooms consisting of upgrades of plumbing, plumbing fixtures, lighting, electrical, mechanical as required and finishes. Replacement of 2 windows located on the first floor, Room 10 and 2 windows located on the second floor, Room 22. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineers Office and referred to the Hazelton Integration Project for final award. Questions may be submitted through electronically on or before 3 P.M. on Monday, February 12, 2024. Responses will be provided via electronically to all registered parties.
