Renovation of a municipal facility in Lathrop, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of work to be performed under this contract is generally described as the following modifications to the Citys Council Chambers dais: the removal of an existing railing panel and the demolition of an existing wood and concrete ramp; construction of two wood steps on one side of the dais and a single wood step on the other side; fabrication and installation of a metal door with metal hinge and latch posts; field design and construction of a slot under the dais deck to store a portable aluminum ramp; relocation of network cables adjacent to the dais, and concrete re-surfacing and carpet installation. Note that this work must be initiated immediately following the second Monday of any month. Question Deadline 03/27/2023 Construction Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Construction Documents, he/she may submit to the Citys Senior Construction Manager (as listed in Section 00020 - Notice to Contractors of these Specifications) a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. All written requests must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to bid opening; requests received after this time will not be accepted. The value of this work is estimated at $30,000 and requires the following bonds at the indicated percentages of contract value: Bid (10%), Payment (100%), Performance (100%) and a Guaranty Bond (10%) at the completion of the project, valid for one year A valid California Contractors license Class B (General Building) is required to bid on this project.
