Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lathrop, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 34,861-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
**As of June 27, 2023, project was awarded to Stockbridge General Contracting, Inc., awarded amount is $2,022,977.15.** The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to, demolition and off-haul of existing trees and components, grading, construction of concrete elements, fences, gates and rubberized surfacing, and installation of irrigation, plant material, play equipment, exterior furniture and other typical park amenities. Frontage improvements will include construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and repaving Hot-Mix-Asphalt (HMA) with new signing and striping.
