Renovation of an educational facility in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,200-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The work consists of the renovation of approximately 3,200 square feet on level 1 in the existing psychology building to house a new (2) classroom early childhood learning center. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Womens Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms. No preference will be included in the evaluation of bids/proposals, no minimum level of MWBE participation shall be required as a condition for receiving an award or completion of the contract works, and bids/proposals will not be rejected or considered non-responsive on that basis.
