The work generally includes asphalt removal and replacement, and related items of work. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: None A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidders may only contact, in writing, the City of Sandpoint's Grants, Contracts, & Procurement Manager, Cheryl Hughes, with any questions at chughes@sandpointidaho.gov. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. The deadline for bidder questions is three days prior to Bid Opening. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
