Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sandpoint, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project can be summarized to include reconstruction/installation of sidewalks in 3 locations in Sandpoint: S. Florence Ave, Lavina Ave, and Larch Street. Sidewalks/curbs will be reconstructed where they currently exist and are in poor condition and installed in locations where they do not currently exist. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount including any additive alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
