THIS PROJECT IS A NEW 2 STORY EMS STATION #1 BUILDING OF APPROXIMATEY 12,000 SF PER FLOOR AND A SMALL INTERIOR REMODEL WITHIN THE EXISTING BONNER COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO; SELECTIVE STRUCTURE DEMOLITION, CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE, POLISHED CONCRETE, MASONRY, METALS, INTERIOR FINISH CARPENTRY, ARCHITECTURAL CABINETS, PANELING AND FRP, THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION, OPENINGS, GYPSUM BOARD, CERAMIC TILING, ACOUSTICAL PANEL CEILINGS, FLOORING, PAINTING, SPECIALTIES, RESIDENTIAL APPLIANCES, WINDOW COVERINGS, PLASTIC LAMINATED COUNTER TOPS, SITE CLEARING, EARTHWORK, CHAIN LINK GATES, CONCRETE PAVING, FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, COOMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS AND ELECTRONIC SAFETY AND SECURITY. THE PROJECT SCHEDULE IS AUGUST 14, 2023 THROUGH AUGUST 8, 2024. THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATIE FOR THIS PROJECT IS $9,000,000.
