Question Deadline 04/11/2023 03:30:59 PM ET Intent to Respond R04/11/2023 03:30:59 PM ET This ITT is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of the reconstruction of Maple Street between Eighth Street and Cameron Street, and the reconstruction of Ninth Street between Maple Street and Hurontario Street , as further described in Appendix D of this ITT. The following is a general description of the Work to be constructed under the Contract: Maple and Ninth Street 583 m replacement of sanitary sewer and associated services and structures; 418 m installation of storm sewer and associated structures; 607 m replacement of watermain and services, and hydrant installation; 608 m of road reconstruction to an urban cross section, complete with mountable and restoration of all associated disturbed areas, including driveways, sidewalks, topsoil, sod and surface elements within the boulevard. Mandatory Disclosures Bid Security required in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount (excluding HST) Agreement to Bond - Performance Bond: 50% of the total Tender amount, and Labour and Material Bond: 50% of the total Tender amount Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract - It is the intension of the Town to commence the project after award.
