Saving Project...

Renovation of a retail development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a free standing shell for retail space.

The Work Consists of the following: Camera System upgrades through the City of Iowa City Pedestrian Mall. Effort includes, but is not limited to, replacement of cameras, installation of new cameras, wiring, raceway, and racks. This contractor shall furnish all the labor and material necessary to install a complete electrical system for the remodeled building. B. This contractor shall furnish all the labor and material to install a complete communication system in the new building. The system shall include all items of work as outlined in these specifications and on the drawings. C. All work shall be performed by a well-qualified, licensed or certified technician with a thorough knowledge of the various systems involved in this building. It shall be this contractor's responsibility to see that his technicians are familiar with all the various codes, installation procedures and tests applicable to this work. D. All equipment shall be new and of the type specified by the engineer unless otherwise noted in these specifications or on the drawings to remain and or be reused. E. The intent of the specifications and drawings is for complete installation of the systems outlined in the specifications and drawings so that at the conclusion of construction the system will be turned over to the owner complete and ready for safe and efficient operation.
