Finkbine Commuter Lot (Lot 65) Replace Railroad Crossing - Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at the Iowa Interstate Railroad Crossing on Finkbine Commuter Drive, Iowa City, Iowa. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of but is not limited to removal of existing pavement, placement of PCC and HMA roadway pavement, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, erosion control, surface restoration, subdrain, signage, striping, construction staking, and railroad crossing subslab and approach construction. Project also consists of removal and disposal of fly ash contaminated soils and site restoration for signals placed by IAIS Railroad. Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas between May 15, 2023 and July 3, 2023. Targeted Small Business (TSB) - (10%) of the Base Bid.
