Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 25,250-square-foot medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a copy of the revised Volume I Specifications that replaces the Volume I Specifications that were provided as an attachment to the original Solicitation. Further, this Amendment sets a new Site Visit date for 1/11/2024 at 10:00 AM CST. All potential offerors, subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend. Attendees are to meet at the Engineering Conference Room, Building 2 of the Iowa City VA Medical Center, 601 US-6 W, Iowa City, IA 52246. The cut-off date and time for receipt of Technical questions is now 1/26/2024 at 10:00 AM CST. Questions shall be submitted in writing and shall be submitted by offerors to Leslie Prather. Questions shall only be submitted via e-mail to leslie.prather@va.gov The subject line must read Minor Construction Women s Health Clinic Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misrepresentation. And the new cut-off date and time for Submission of Proposals is now 2/15/2024 at 10:00 AM CST. Offerors shall submit their proposals via e-mail to leslie.prather@va.gov Proposals will be in the format stipulated in the solicitation document. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
