Renovation of a library in Truckee, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
scope of work to include, but not limited to demolition of existing bookshelves and flooring, dispose of all bookshelves, flooring and furniture marked during the bid walk, prime and paint interior walls and ceilings, install carpet, vinyl plank and 4" rubber base. Bids shall be: Lump Sum. Contractor will be required to possess a B and C-15 contractor's license at the time the bid is submitted.
