Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

As of May 25, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338 is currently accepting sealed Invitation to Bid (ITBs) from qualified Contractors per NRS 338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada to install Owner-supplied podiums, scanners, and ticketing inserts, and install Contractor supplied electrical and data lines and ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled "Shared Use Podiums, Phase 2, Electrical and Data Installation Project." The purpose of the conference is to review and discuss the Invitation to Bid (ITB) Documents, including the contract drawings and specifications. You must register in the NGEM Supplier System to continue to receive ITB solicitations. Your Supplier Registration profile will be shared with all participating government entities. Per the Federal Aviation Administration's Contract Provision Guidelines for Obligated Sponsors and AIP Projects dated January 20, 2023, the following provision is hereby referenced for this solicitation: Title VI Assurances.
