Site work and paving for a civil project in Fall River, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 12, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: Construct 2,500ft of new street including: grading, geotextile fabric, breaker run, gravel shoulders and base, and asphalt pavement, 1,150ft of 12" PVC sewer, 1070ft of 8" PVC sewer, 4,150ft of 10" ductile iron watermain, RCP culverts, erosion control, traffic control and site restoration. bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
