Renovation of a municipal facility in Poplar, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Responsive contractor will provide removal and disposal of existing carpeting and wall base, design and installation services of new carpet tile and vinyl base as well as leveling compound on uneven surfaces and any additional surface prep required for the fort peck tribes. The contractor will be responsible of move desks, cabinets, and various types of office furniture and upon completion of the space return all furniture to its proper space. The fort peck tribes requires a performance bond with any construction contract over 50000. Therefore, a performance bond is required for the amount of the contract. Hence the winning bid amount will be the amount of the bond. The contractor will comply with the fort peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribes Tero regulations. If the contract is over $100000 the contractor will be required to pay a 3% Tero fee directly to the Tero program.
