Renovation of a day care center in Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Repair and Modifications to the existing HVAC system required to fix current functional issues (including certain rooms not cooling adequately, and sewer gasses making it into the system). Additional Buildini'g Insulation. Full replacement of building roof. Repair of major sanitary sewer lines currently causing back-up issues. Replacement of flooring, ceiling, lighting, cabinets, paint, and other fixtures and finishes to achieve a fully renovated appearance. Rework of building entrances and canopy to meet current UFC criteria for Child development centers. Minor landscaping and grading at entrance to improve building aesthetic. Replacement of existing wood exterior finishes and siding with more durable and lower maintenance finishes
