Furnish and deliver plastic pipe for the Wise Residency. The Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver Solid Doublewall Plastic Pipe per the specifications herein for the Wise Residency of the Bristol District. This solicitation is designated as a set-aside in accordance with the Small Business Enhancement Award Priority as a Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority: Reference General Terms and Conditions, Paragraph Z, and Special Terms and Conditions Paragraph 2.
