Scope of work for this contract includes the replacement of the existing sewer main and replacement of five (5) lateral pipes to the right of way. The project will be completed on Fairhill Drive in Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania on behalf of Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority. The Contract also includes restoring all disturbed areas back to their original condition. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/10/2023 12:00 PM Scope of work for this contract includes the replacement of the existing sewer main and replacement of five (5) lateral pipes to the right of way. The project will be completed on Fairhill Drive in Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania on behalf of Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority. The Contract also includes restoring all disturbed areas back to their original condition. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. All prospective bidders are hereby notified that the FAIRHILL DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT Contract will require contractors and subcontractors to comply with certain federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the following: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. The Project requires all prime contractors and subcontractorsto pay all laborers and mechanics employed on the Project wages at rates not less than those prevailing on projects of a character similar in the locality; Non-Discrimination. The Project requires all prime contractors and subcontractors to agree not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religious creed, age, handicap, disability, or gender.
