The estimated construction cost is $100,000 - $125,000 For the Roadway Improvements at Holland Road (SR 2067) and East Holland Road (T-812) Within Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pa The project is for roadway widening for the installation of an eastbound left turn lane on Holland Road. Clarification Deadline: 9/10/2021 5:00 PM Questions must be submitted Electronically by September 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Prequalification of Prospective Bidders and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must prequalify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if they subsequently undertake the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. The successful bidder must be either PennDOT pre-qualified as a Prime Contractor or PennDOT pre-qualified as a Subcontractor to bid on this project. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
