Site work for a civil project in Northampton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The primary scope of work for this project includes grading and stabilizing the streambank of two adjacent parcels along a tributary of the Little Neshaminy Creek. The project will be completed to the standards of the USDA-NRCS design and specifications. The scope includes installation of two 100-foot sections of R-7 Riprap installed to top of bank at the design slope of 2:1 or flatter, with a variable bank height. Bank sloping is required at a design slope of 2:1 or flatter. Extend existing storm water pipe to the face of the proposed rock. Remove approximately a 10' wide x 50' long gravel bar, 2' high. Removal of gravel bar material, to within 6" of normal water level. Other components include access development, rock construction access, erosion and sedimentation control, tree removal, and site restoration.
